Q: Why is there so much white on your website?
A: Because our webmaster does not listen to me or to my son, Tim.

Q: Are the prices at JNP competitive?
A: We feel that are pricing structure is very competitive. Our goal has and remains to give the best value to you, the customer.

Q: How can I be assured that the quality is what I want?
A: We guarantee our work. If you are not happy or the finished product is not what you bargained for, we will not bill you. Also, we have found that happpy customer not only return to JNP but they also refer others to our company.

Q: How do I pay my invoice?
A: For first time buyers, we ask for a check on delivery. We do not require deposits unless there are extenuating circumstances. After the first order, your account is considered open.

Q: How do I get my finished product?
A: We can ship to you or you can pick the order up from us ( we have parking!). Of course, we always look forward to meeting our customers face to face.

Q: What if I want to see some samples of previous work or I want to select a paper for my job?
A: We welcome customers at JNP. We have ample parking and will always spend the necessary amount of time to make sure that the customer is happy and comfortable.

Q: How can I get my project to JNP?
A: We accept all forms of files either via email, fax (not original artwork, unfortunately) or through messenger, Postal Service and UPS deliveries.

Q: What do I do when I have an idea but I do not have camera ready art?
A: Call us! We have a wide range of designers that are waiting to help you. Costs do vary so we try and chose a designer that can fit your budget.
